Uniquely, the shape of Relief tiles comes from literal depth. Each tile is hand produced and then one these basic shapes is pressed into the tile. The edges are then smoothed one by one and by hand. The effect is at once striking and subtle and leads to a pattern of shadow and reflection that shifts with the passage of the day and the lighting.

Bubble bath This design resembles bubbles rising from the bath tub. Depending on the design, the bubbles suggest a deep bubble bath, a wild bubble bath, a calm, shallow, effervescent or chaotic bubble bath. Let us know your favourite colour and type of bubble bath and we’ll create a bespoke design for you.
Panelling Relief tiles are particularly suitable for panelling, aka wainscotting: half-height walls of tiles with a row of bullnose or edge-glazed tiles at the top to cover the exposed tile edge. These are often found in hallways or bathrooms and used to be there to protect the walls from wear-and-tear, but there is really no limit to where wainscotting can be used.
